Project registration in Ukraine

For the attention of all Beneficiaries and Partners!

According to the Ukrainian legislation all EU funded projects implemented on the territory of Ukraine must be registered by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine (MEDTU) regardless of who is the Beneficiary of the project – resident of Ukraine or not.
In order to register the project in the MEDTU it is necessary to prepare and submit the following documents:

1. Request for registration of the project from the donor representative, i.e. JMA of the Programme (in English): Klopotannya blank JMA

You have to fill in this document with data relevant for your project and send it to responsible JTS manager, who will process it. After this document is signed by the Head of JMA it will be sent by post to the Beneficiary or Ukrainian Partner, who will submit it to the MEDTU itself.

At the same time together with the Request for registration you have to submit the Procurement Plan signed by the JMA or by the Beneficiary and approved by the State Oblast Administration. The latest modification of the national legislation regarding the Procurement Plan can be found here http://zakon2.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/153-2002-%D0%BF

2. Request for registration of the project from the Ukrainian Beneficiary/Partner (English version): Klopotannya blank UABP

This document has to be prepared and signed by the Ukrainian Beneficiary and/or each Ukrainian Partner (only Ukrainian project partners have to submit this document). Later on this document(s) must be submitted to the MEDTU together will all annexes listed in it.

3. Request for registration of the project from the Ukrainian Beneficiary/Partner (Ukrainian version): Klopotannya blank UABP

This document has to be prepared and signed by the Ukrainian Beneficiary and/or each Ukrainian Partner (only Ukrainian project partners have to submit this document). Later on this document(s) must be submitted to the MEDTU together will all annexes listed in it.

4. Statement from the relevant Oblast Administration (in Ukrainian): lust vid ODA_blank

This document has to be signed by the Head or Deputy Head of the relevant Oblast Administration depending on location of the project’s Ukrainian Beneficiary or Ukrainian Partner or the project target area. Later on this document must be submitted together with all other documents to the MEDTU.

We propose to send all the above required documents in one single package to the MEDTU.
