Templates for announcing and requesting project modification

Any modification of the project should be in line with Article 9 of the General Conditions of the Grant Contract (Annex II to the GC).

Beneficiaries are kindly asked to use the following template for announcing any request for project modification not requiring amendment to the Grant Contract:

In case it is clearly evident that the planned modification will lead to an Addendum to the Grant Contract you can apply for the prior authorization of the Contracting Authority via submitting your request on the following template:

Should it be complicated to decide on the type of planned modification (e.g. simply re-allocation of costs between budget lines or Addendum to the Grant Contract needs to be prepared by the JTS) please do not hesitate to contact the JTS programme manager responsible for your project describing the reasons for the planned modification at least in an e-mail.
