Action:
Project targets:	To create a studio for video conferencing “Tela-Medicine”. Setup of technical equipment and a local fiber-optic network. Train personnel. Connect the network to the Internet.
Project results:	To create a program of distance learning “ for medical personal, as well as to increase their level of skill and knowledge.
Description:	In Ukraine the annual amount of information in matters of personnel management, financial management, legislative changes are doubled. Negative economic and organizational factors complicate training administrative personnel away from production.
Estimated budget:	500,000 EU
