Project targets:	Create telemetric station. Install the equipment. Connect to the network diagnostic equipment. Create new job positions. Train personnel. Connect the network to the Internet.
Project results:	Obtaining specialist and advice online. Transferring patients to other department. Establishing of continuous medical education. To create a telemedicine platform iPth. And to educate medical staff.
Description:	Spreading of diseases, due to the result of migration. Lack of information, as well as making decisions quick.
Estimated budget:	500,000 EU
