1. GIS and database is created about the state of the land resources of Cross-Border territory of Ukraine, that functions in the open on-line mode.
2. For local self-government of settlements will be become accessible information about the natural habitats of distribution of dangerous geological and of hydrological processes (floods, mudflows, changes, avalanche) on the basis of the verified cartographic models. The degree of development of degradations processes will be appraised on Cross-Border territories with an aim excretions of natural habitats, that require additional measures for stabilizing of situation.
3. Implementation of project at first time will give an opportunity to organization of the effective monitoring of contaminations on Cross-Border territory, that is provided by a corresponding cartographic models. Only on her basis will become possible to control migration of pollutants within the limits of river pools of territory. |

Development on the basis of model of row of practical measures for prognostication and counteraction to the various processes of degradation of land/of landscapes (erosion, contamination, underflooding, changes, mudflows), stop of their distribution in time and space and optimization of nature management on Cross-Border territories |
