Please note: We are constantly adding new Q&As based on your questions. The level of detail of the answers is limited to an easily digestible quantity. For more detailed information please see the Joint Operational Programme or the Guidelines for grant applicants.

Eligibility of costs

  1. Can we use money for the construction?
  2. What is the maximum of subcontracting costs in % of the whole budget?
  3. Is there any limit of using the budget for equipment? (For example, can we use 50% of the budget for buying equipment?)
  4. Is it possible to pay from the project the salary of the external expertise for the services (trainer)?
  5. Are the following costs eligible?
  6. What is the division of costs between the measures for this Call for Proposal?
  7. Pls explain the following budget eligibility: “salaries and costs must not exceed those normally borne by the Beneficiary or its Partners”?
