The Guide was prepared by the «Regional Capacity Building Initiative» (RCBI) project as the tool to support Ukrainian Beneficiaries and Partners in the implementation of the grants funned under the European Union‘s European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument Cross Border Cooperation (ENPI CBC) Programmes: Poland- Belarus-Ukraine, Romania-Ukraine-Republic of Moldova, Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine and the Black Sea Basin.
