Eligibility of activities

1. Can the reconstruction of the historical architectural monuments be financed within the projects?

   The indicative list of the activities for the Measure 1.1 “Harmonised development of tourism” foresees the construction and the modernization of tourist infrastructure. However to be eligible actions for which the application may be made should be in line with the requirements of the point 2.1.3 of the Guidelines for the applicants.

2. Is it possible to include in the project activity the development of the technical documentation and building part together?

   According to the best practice of the applications’ assessment as well as the implementation of the projects it is not recommended to combine the development of the technical documentation and building components in one project. Such integration can bring a risk to the project successful implementation, its sustainability and can cause a serious delay of the action plan. Moreover the Guidelines for the grant applicants (point 2.2.1) regulate the application and the procedure to follow for the investment type of the action (construction, work and/or supply components).  The mentioned procedure foresees the submission of the additional supporting documents including feasibility study, environmental impact assessment, building permit etc at the stage of the application. The supporting documents provide the information for the assessors about the building background, risk analysis, possible negative impacts and help to evaluate the application correctly.
