Project Management Training for Ukrainian Beneficiaries and Partners within the third Call for Proposals – 15 April, 2014

The JTS organised a Project Management Training for the Ukrainian Beneficiaries and Partners of the projects awarded under the 3^rd  Call for Proposals on 15 April, 2014 in Ukraine, Uzhgorod.

The objective of the training was to develop a better understanding of eligible costs and what is needed to report about ENPI CBC projects in line with the HU-SK-RO-UA ENPI CBC programme requirements and rules.

Rules on Nationality and Origin to be applied on purchasing supplies or materials

During project implementation Beneficiaries and Partners shall purchase all supplies and materials from the eligible countries and present for the auditor/national controller a certificate of origin for equipments and vehicles of a unit cost on purchase of more than € 5 000.

Project registration in Ukraine

For the attention of all Beneficiaries and Partners!

According to the Ukrainian legislation all EU funded projects implemented on the territory of Ukraine must be registered by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine (MEDTU) regardless of who is the Beneficiary of the project – resident of Ukraine or not.
In order to register the project in the MEDTU it is necessary to prepare and submit the following documents:
